Salon policies.
A few guidelines that keep the studio running smoothly so every client gets the focused care they deserve.
Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward the total cost of your service. Appointments are not confirmed until your deposit is received.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a $25 late fee or appointment rescheduling at the stylist's discretion.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future appointment. No-call no-shows forfeit the deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
48-Hour Revision Policy
Your satisfaction matters. You have 48 hours from the end of your service to report any concerns and request a complimentary revision. To remain eligible for a revision, you may NOT have any other stylist touch, alter, cut, color, restyle, re-install, tighten, remove, or otherwise modify the hair or install during that 48-hour window. Washing, swimming, heat-styling, or applying products outside the written aftercare instructions before the revision visit also voids the revision policy. After 48 hours, standard maintenance pricing applies.
Refunds & Service Guarantee
All services, deposits, and hair purchases are non-refundable. Within reason and at the stylist's discretion, Dream LinkZ will gladly replace defective products or redo a service when a concern is raised within the 48-hour revision window and the revision-policy conditions above have been met. A redo is the sole remedy offered — refunds are not issued for change of mind, lifestyle factors, failure to follow aftercare, or modifications performed by another stylist.
Children & Guests
To maintain a relaxing studio environment, additional guests and children not receiving services are kindly asked to wait elsewhere.
Aftercare
Your install includes lifetime aftercare guidance. Follow your written aftercare plan and book maintenance every 4–6 weeks to protect your investment. Failure to follow aftercare voids the 48-hour revision policy.

By booking an appointment with Dream LinkZ Hair Studio you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies above. These policies protect both you, the client, and the stylist, and apply to every appointment booked through this site.
